Returns
All sales are final upon purchase. The exception is if you have received an item that is defective in nature. See below. 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case, send us an email with the defective nature of the product and a photo. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at michael@sequoiasupplycompany.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We are not responsible for any exchanged item lost in transit of the shipping process.
